People often ask me, why RONIN and what's the meaning?
A ronin (EA) was a samurai with no lord or master during the feudal period (1185-1868) of Japan. A samurai became masterless from the death or fall of his master, or after the loss of his master's favor or privilege.
In modern Japanese usage, the term also describes a salaryman who is "between employers" or a secondary school graduate who has not yet been admitted to university.
A lot of this brand was born from one of the toughest times in my life—the loss of my father. I lost my sense of direction, my focus, and my purpose. I was struggling in high school, skipping classes, getting into trouble, and ignoring my responsibilities. I felt lost.
But through building this brand, I found clarity where there was once confusion. It reignited my passion for cars and reminded me that building them is more than just mechanics—it’s a reflection of personal style and creativity. More importantly, it’s about the community. No matter where you come from, what you believe in, or what your background is, the automotive world brings us together as one.
Through this journey, I have rediscovered myself. I’m back on my path, driven by passion, and ready for what’s next..
